How do I get the official final tote board numbers for a horse race?

I use an online tote board for betting purposes and I have noticed some wide discrepancies between my payout calculations and the actual race track payouts for Win Place and Show bets.

Is there a way to get the official Win Place and Show Pool final amount totals, and the final total amounts bet on each horse? Don't the race tracks have to publicly release those numbers somewhere?

Answer: I use the Daily Racing Form Results page to obtain the official Win, Place, Show payouts.

Check your payouts with these and in the case of discrepancies take it up with the publishers of your online Tote Board.

Of course the odds offered by your online Tote Board may vary from the official odds and there may be commission charges to pay.
